Over 3,700 graduates have already applied for grassroots employment subsidies.    The human resources and social security departments in Jiangxi have pushed forward employment support for returning migrant workers, assisting 81,800 people, of whom 70,300 have successfully found jobs. Of the 1.458 million workers who have risen out of poverty, all are now employed. In addition, 34,000 people with employment difficulties have secured jobs, all 47,000 fishermen who needed to transition to alternative employment due to the fishing ban have been reemployed, and 388,000 persons with disabilities have also entered the workforce.    In addition, it has boosted re-employment for returning migrant workers, helping 81,800 people, with 70,300 placed in jobs.
