一 | 我于2026年7月16号在拼多多平台海纳家用电器店铺购买一台洗碗机，申请退货退款驳回，店铺没有海尔官方授权，已经官方客服核实，该店铺没有授权，现在我要退货退款，拼多多平台对此视而不见，侵犯了消费者权利，我要求退货退款，并针对店铺授权作假行为进行处罚。
