一 |           　　出门上路关乎千家万户。    Saiyaara actors Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda have surpassed big names such as Aamir Khan and Rishab Shetty, securing the top two positions on IMDb's Most Popular Indian Stars of 2025 list, after the huge success of their romantic drama.             IMDb recently announced the most popular Indian stars of 2025, determined by page views from over 250 million monthly visitors globally and Ahaan and Aneet secured the top two positions.          In the list, Aamir Khan is positioned at number three, followed by Ishaan Khatter and Lakshya in the fourth and fifth spots, respectively. Rashmika Mandanna holds the sixth position, with Kalyani Priyadarshan at seventh. Triptii Dimri, Rukmini Vasanth, and Rishab Shetty complete the list, occupying the eighth, ninth, and tenth places.           Ahaan and Aneet are delighted to have secured the top positions and expressed their gratitude to Saiyaara director Mohit Suri for his confidence in their abilities.            Ahaan shared, “This is deeply humbling for me. To be ranked No. 1 on the list with my first film is nothing short of a dream come true and a full circle Paulo Coelho moment. But truly, if anything, this recognition makes me a little more aware of the responsibility I have towards my craft, and at the same time, it excites me for what’s to come.”            He added, “I would like to thank my director Mohit Suri for allowing me to add to his canvas. Whatever I did on screen was a reflection of his guidance and his genius… I look forward to returning soon with my second film, and this honour is motivation enough to try and deliver a performance that will resonate deeply.”            Aneet expressed her gratitude, saying, “Saiyaara changed my life in ways I am only beginning to understand, and to know that people across countries and languages connected with my work means more to me than I can explain.”            She added, “I am deeply grateful to everyone who found something to love in Vaani. Your warmth has made this moment possible for me. I want to thank Mohit Suri for seeing something in me before I saw it in myself. The faith in his eyes on set gave me a strange, steady courage. 二 | 8月25日，道路交通安全法修订草案提请十四届全国人大常委会第二十四次会议审议。

三 |      　　时代奔涌向前，道路上的车流与人流愈发壮阔。截至今年6月底，全国机动车保有量达4.76亿辆，机动车驾驶人5.67亿人。现行道路交通安全法自2004年施行以来，在2007年、2011年、2021年修正了个别条款。

四 | 此次修法顺应经济社会发展、回应民生之需，护航道路安全。     　　无人出租车穿梭于街头巷尾，新能源汽车的“智驾”系统不断迭代升级……自动驾驶逐渐从科幻驶入现实，自动驾驶汽车上路也将写入法律。

五 | 草案新增“自动驾驶汽车的特别规定”专章，提出国家支持自动驾驶汽车安全、有序、规范上道路测试、示范应用和行驶，明确了自动驾驶汽车和辅助驾驶功能的概念，并规定在自动驾驶功能激活状态下发生道路交通安全违法行为的，由生产企业、进口企业接受处理。同时，驾驶仅具备辅助驾驶功能的汽车上道路行驶，按照非自动驾驶汽车的规定管理。     　　方向盘前刷视频、高速路上接电话……看似“顺手”的几秒钟，可能让一个家庭瞬间坠入深渊。草案新增规定，禁止驾驶时拨打或者接听手持电话、观看视频的“盲驾”行为。     　　锈迹斑斑的“僵尸车”、横冲直撞的“超标车”，既堵路也堵心。

六 | 聚焦“僵尸车”“超标车”治理和电动自行车、“暴走团”管理，草案亮出“实招”——规定禁止在道路上停放废弃机动车;禁止生产、进口、销售不符合强制性国家标准的车辆;要求及时劝阻、制止违法占用道路从事文化娱乐、体育健身等非交通活动的“暴走团”等。     　　同时，草案加强对“酒驾”“毒驾”“飙车”行为的治理;将电动自行车在非机动车道内行驶的最高时速限制从15公里调整为20公里，要求电动自行车驾驶人和乘车人戴安全头盔。(据新华社北京8月25日电　记者　孙鹏程　刘硕)。
