B | 注意到，美国国家航空航天局（NASA）宇航员阿尼尔 · 梅农和欧洲航天局（ESA）宇航员索菲 · 阿德诺此前曾在 8 月 18 日的一次太空行走中拆除故障天线。本周二，两人将备用天线安装到原位，并将损坏的天线组件从临时存放位置转移至空间站桁架结构上更为固定的长期存放位置。在此次太空行走中，梅农位于加拿大机械臂 Canadarm2 的末端，阿德诺则沿着空间站外部的扶手移动，与梅农会合。

C | 两名远征 75 任务乘组成员首先从空间站外部储存位置取出一套备用天地通信天线（SGANT）。随后，梅农携带备用天线被机械臂转移至 Z-1 桁架位置，并在那里完成天线安装，同时将其接入国际空间站的电力和数据系统。完成新天线安装后，梅农和阿德诺又取回了此前一次太空行走中临时存放在 Z-1 桁架上的故障天线。随后，位于机械臂末端的梅农将其转移至空间站桁架右舷一侧的外部储存平台 3 号（ESP-3）。此次更换工作源于这套天地通信天线自去年 11 月起出现故障。该设备已经无法继续跟踪 NASA 的数据中继卫星，因此失去使用能力。此后，国际空间站一直依靠另一套天线传输语音和关键数据，而此次维修完成后，整个通信系统重新恢复了冗余备份能力。此次太空行走于美国东部时间星期二上午 8 时 27 分开始，并在 6 个半小时后的下午 2 时 57 分结束，整个过程恰好持续 6.5 小时。这是为支持国际空间站组装、维护和升级而进行的第 283 次舱外活动。此次任务也是梅农个人的第 3 次太空行走，使其累计舱外活动时间达到 19 小时 20 分钟。对于阿德诺来说，这是她第 2 次进入太空真空环境开展舱外活动。
